6. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at Contact@MODULECT.Shop immediately. Once an order has reached the fulfillment stage at our Denver facility, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may return the item for a refund once it arrives, in accordance with our Return Policy.

7. International Duties & Fees

For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the MODULECT checkout price unless explicitly stated.
