Inventory Policy

At MODULECT, we strive to ensure that our website accurately reflects our current stock levels at our Denver fulfillment center. However, due to the high demand for our backpacks and bags, we have established the following policy regarding inventory availability.

1. Real-Time Availability

Most items listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship from our Denver, Colorado facility. Our inventory system syncs in real-time; however, in rare instances—such as during high-traffic sales—an item may be purchased simultaneously by multiple customers, leading to an "oversold" status.

2. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is marked as "Out of Stock" or "Sold Out," you can sign up on the product page to be notified via email the moment it is restocked. We do not typically accept orders for items that are not physically present in our warehouse unless specifically marked as a "Pre-Order."

3. Order Discrepancies

In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock or fails our quality control inspection prior to shipping:

  • We will notify you via email within 24–48 hours.

  • You will be offered the choice of a full refund to your original payment method or the option to wait for a restock (if applicable).

  • If your order contains multiple items, we will ship the available items and refund the out-of-stock portion unless you instruct us otherwise.

4. Pre-Orders

From time to time, we may offer Pre-Orders for upcoming bag designs or limited-edition colors.

  • Payment is collected at the time the Pre-Order is placed.

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page.

  • Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to international logistics or production delays.

5. Inventory Reservations

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the inventory. Stock is only allocated to your order once the checkout process is complete and payment is confirmed.
